i found out this am that i'm directionally challenged. i can not help it my mother taught me. HAH
ARKANSAS, WHAT I HATE AND LOVE.
i live about 5 mi out of the city limits, but at times you would think it was 50. at 7 am the traffic 1/4 mi away from my porch has slowed down. in less than 20 min, i've watched the two hawks nesting by the pond take a morning flight around the area, my dog daisy (min dac..dach...da..wienie dog) chase down, mutilate and eat a stink bug, three deer running across the property, and, i guess, a million dragonflies, cross from one side of the yard to the other. and i did this sweating profusely, i'm way beyond glistening. for those of you that don't know, proper southern young ladies were brought up believing that ladies didn't sweat they glistened. HAH how wrong can you be. well that or i'm no lady. well anyway back to what i love and don't. 10 am finally at the office after terrible meetings with the bank and cpa. also for those not in the know many southern men (to thier own detriment)believe that proper ladies have only fluff between thier ears. about ten minutes into my lovely 101 degree day i realize those small bats flying around the office are mosquitos. how in the heck did they get in here? do you know which i love and hate?
